The Rensselaer Astrobiology and Research Education Center (RARE) hosted a livestream of the Mars Perseverance rover landing and experts were available to answer questions and discuss the mission.

NASA’s Mars 2020 Perseverance rover is the most sophisticated rover NASA has ever sent to the Red Planet. It is ferrying several cutting-edge technologies to the surface of Mars — including a helicopter named Ingenuity, the first aircraft to attempt powered, controlled flight on another planet.
